*The time required for us to complete restoration varies depending on the work needed but our average turn time is only 2-3 business days.

*Our processing requires an account so that we can track which images belong to each client. When you create your account our system creates a folder for your images to be uploaded into.

*We can colorize black and white photos but it never really looks good so we recommend against it. We can do wonders to enhance even the slightest color remaining in an old or faded photo though.

*We are very one goal oriented and that is to use whatever tools or art we have to make your photo(s) look the best they can.

*We will email a link to you that you click on and it takes you to the screen to view and download your finished files.

*Although we use very advanced technology and our artist are amazing there are limitations. When we review and quote restoration based on what you upload to us we will let you know if there is something we can’t fix and you can choose from there to proceed with what we offer or not.
